These are my personal favorites that I read in 2011, but not all were published in 2011.  Sometimes I’m slow to find a great book.  Also, not all books are children or young adult books.  I will put an asterisk (*) next to the books that are written mainly for adults.  Books followed by (EMS) are available in the library.  So here they are, in no particular order:
